Popped the old one out with a kitchen knife and popped the new one back in. It tool less than 15 seconds!!

I pried the old one out with a screw driver and pushed the new one in. I expected instructions in the box it came in but there were none.

taped the door shut ,measured a block of wood and stuck it under the door for support.....unbolted bottom hinge,slipped on hinge bracket and reassembled.no muss no fuss.

unscrewed the old one! installed the new one! That simple. And I'm female, how easy was that!

Please bear in mind I am 65 years old & it was harder to get up & down off the floor then to change the switch. Was very easy - watched video, unplugged unit. I used the putty knife at the right front corner to work loose, when it came loose had to loose the left side a little. The unit pulled out easily. detached the wired that had a single plug with 2 prongs on it. Attached the plug, pushed new switch into place. There was no way you could place wires on wrong prong. When done, plugged refrigerator back in & checked if working. I CAN SEE THE LIGHT and the food in the freezer now. Thank you for making an easy repair.

Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you

Screw bulb in and place cover over bulb.

I removed a few items from the freezer to make room. Husband took out the old ice maker. (We were sure it would require moving the refrigerator out which would have been a huge undertaking given the tight fit) To start he simply replaced the ice maker with the new one. I started watching...and even though it says that it will take up to 24 hours to make ice, it began making ice probably within an hour! After about 6 batches, I threw those out. (just in case there was anything in the line that would contaminate the cubes)It is obvious that the old one had not worked properly for a long time! The ice container is full to almost over-flowing! It has not been this full in a very long time, as I use ice every day! Simple fix! And might I add...LIGHTNING FAST DELIVERY!! It was here in two days! We are thrilled!!!!!

I watched your repair video, read the instruction enclosed with the icemaker and made the repair in about 15-20 minutes. There is an issue that others need to be aware of once the water pump is repaced and the tubing is connected and the icemaker is installed and turned back on; it take 20-30 minutes to pump the air out of the line and the for the water to actually fill the the fill tray (you made the install correctly, the delay in filling is not covered by either the video or the book just be patience don't disconnect and reconnect anything it will eventually fill and make ice and less than 48 hours). This vendor offers 4 star customer service at a fair and resonable price (I priced the parts separately prior to purchase and the kit is the way to go). I received the product within 3 days, shipped groung delivery. I would use your products and online service advice for installation on other appliances in the future if needed. emptied the cracked bin, lifted it out of the door and put the new one in its place, put the items removed from the old one in in and closed the door.

So easy! Nice to have the parts available and promptly delivered-

unplugged the fridge removed the shelf, remove the rear wall to access the motor removed the 2 screws holding the motor and unplugged motor from harness, then unplugged the groung wire .then put it back together up and running in 15 mins.

googled the model of ice maker and refrigerator, ordered replacement ice maker from Part Select. Received next day, installed it in 10 minutes and it worked like a charm.

We ordered the door shelf bin in the morning and received it the next business day! Great service, very easy process and much appreciated!
