This repair takes about 5 minutes and requires the removal of a back cover from the inside of the oven. There is a left hand thread nut that holds the fan in place. The fan has a D shaped hole in the center that slides over a complimentary shaped shaft of the fan motor. The fan is made from very light gauge weak material and the D shaped hole is easily rounded out if you hold the fan while tightening the nut to prevent the shaft from turning. Very easily rounded out. I have replaced four of these and the first one I destroyed while installing by over tightening the nut. Now I finger tighten the nut as hard as I can, but the nut eventually works itself loose. I haven’t found a Loctite product that is food grade and heat resistant to install on the nut to prevent it from coming off. I think the weakness of the material is a design flaw and not a problem with this particular part supplier. The part works as it is supposed to, once carefully installed. I buy all my appliance parts from this site and have never had an issue with receiving the wrong parts or returning un-needed parts. The three star rate is for the weak part, not the supplier.
