Freezer and fridge over cooling. Control knobs seem to have no effect. Freezer -20 or lower. Fridge 20.

Thank you for your question. If the refrigerator and the freezer section are too cold, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. Refrigerator area is not getting cold enough

Hello Marilynn, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Evaporator Fan Motor in the freezer to make sure it is running normally and circulating the cold air to the Fresh Food Section. We hope this helps!
