This replacement push-rod is a genuine manufacturer supplied item that is specially designed for Briggs and Stratton engines. The push rod rides on the camshaft to push the exhaust valve open during the exhaust stroke. A bent push rod can seriously affect your engine's performance and it damage the engine if the problem is not taken care of immediately. Reverse of how i took broken exhuast value out.
It was simple just watch what you do. Also make sure you lash the value. U tube it.
