Both frames had broken in the front
Had to remove the refrigerated items off the crisper shelf to remove the glass, next removed the drawer to remove the crisper frame, then removed the middle drawer glass to remove the drawer, then the frame, installed the new frame cleaned the glass, re-installed the middle drawer, and continued the installation steps reverse of the removal process.
The top crisper drawer frame was cracked, it secures the glass top also.
Replaced the top crisper drawer frame. Installation was very easy. The hardest part was cleaning all of the spilled food/liquid items from under the drawers once removed to replace the top frame. I will keep the top frame and repair it. From what I have read, this is a very common problem as there is no support in the middle of the frame...it is only plastic.

Bin frame was broken and was missing door bin
The parts received were correct and slipped in smoothly. Thanks for the timely delivery and support
I broke one of the support wheels out of its seat. It supports the left crisper.
Tried JB Weld, not sufficient.
Got online, looked at the parts fiche for my model, chose the crisper top frame. Wrong part. Sent it back (shipping as $60 on a $125 part). Ordered the part that the wheel appears to be screwed into (described as crisper support frame. Ordered new $11 plastic wheel as well.
Wrong part. It appears that the crisper drawers on my unit are supported by a monolithic piece (solid plastic) that includes the frame as well as the locators for the wheels. I could send pictures, but have decided to abandon fixing it. (I tossed the metal support that was the second order into the trash ($60 part)....

I need the top drawer frame

Is the replacement fresh drawer slider stronger than the original that came in the fridge?? this seems really expensive and i don’t want to have to replace this every year. my refrigerator is only one year old!
i also noticed the back wall behind the fresh drawer has developed hairline cracks. really disappointed. i was so excited to get this counter depth fridge but unless the door is completely opened as far as it can to the side the bottom drawers knock into to gasket and it’s getting beat up as well. that probly costs and arm and a leg too.
we’ve had several fridges in the past and never had to replace shelves this model just seems flimsy overall. if it was an inexpensive model i wouldn’t be complaining but we choose this model thinking it would be sturdier.
