Quick service...but not so easy
Easy process for ordering and part received promptly.......however, the part did not fit despite the fact the correct model number was identified. This may be fault of manufacturer as the part was identified in Frigidaire docs. Shelf was too long and would not allow door to shut. However with some minor alterations we were able to make it fit. (rotary tool shaved off approx 3/8inch x 2 inches to fit around back corner). Issue now is that original glass is too short for the shelf.....approx 3/4 inch gap.... Frustrated that repair is not complete.....

had broken sheves on the doors and the crisper drawers weren't suported
The only difficult aspect of the job was getting the old shelf support stud removed from the refrigerator wall - the support was broken off too short to allow vise grips to hold it. I had to use two screwdrivers to get under and then pop out the stud to the point I could get the pliers to hold. Everything eles pretty much just "fell together" very easily.
Broken plastic guides on both crisper drawer covers. Upper crisper pan broken. Broken supports.
Remove both crisper pans and covers. Discard old frames and re-use glasses. Use two screw drivers to gently pry out broken supports. Top broken off smooth on one support. Unable to grasp with pliers to pull out. I drilled a small hole in the center of the large expansion pin. I screwed in a small sheet metal screw. Used side cutter pliers to grasp screw and gently rock back and forth to remove center of large pin. Plucked out broken pieces with needle nosed pliers. Gently tap in expansion pins to install new supports. The rest is simple re-assembly using new parts. "Nothing to it but to do it."
This is the second time I've had to replace the crisper cover, so I had that step mastered. As before, I took the glass from broken crisper cover and dropped it into new cover in seconds. Had to use a screwdriver to pry old crisper supports from the walls of the fridge. This was the only hassle. Popped new supports in, replaced crisper covers, and slid crisper drawers back into place. From now on, I'll have to be more careful about how much weight I put into crispers.
Basically I just needed a crisper drawer cover w/o glass and the crisper support. I used a butter knife to remove old support clips and new ones snapped right in. Everything else was common sense
As it turns out when i pulled the drawer out and then the door holder i discovered that there was a big piece of material that was suppose to be around the water line that was causing the problem. The old drawer holder was not the problem so the new piece was not needed. All is well.

Broken drawer
I took out the broken drawer and replaced it with the new drawer
took out the glass popped out the cover and put the new one on and put the glass on. DONE

broken drawer support rails
I took out the shelves that the supports were on and replaced the parts very easily. study it a moment before taking off the old and then snap on the new.

Need the shelf right above the top drawer. The lower 2 shelves with drawers under have a reinforced plastic . This top one is not reinforced ( but should of been, it broke in the front center.) also is a little wider than the other 2 shelves below. The refrigerator steps in about 1/2" on each side. Which piece do i need.
