Guide Rail for Rack Broke
I determined the guide rail on one side had broke when the white plastic bearings fell out of their track. I decided to replace both sides at the same time, so I ordered 2. They arrived quickly and I installed them and placed the middle rack back into the dishwasher. Went together fairly easily. I took pictures before removing the guides from the rack, so I would remember how to put the new ones back one when they arrived. Very happy with this DIY repair that easily would have taken much longer and would have been way more expensive! Thank you!

Part 650 does it include both sides per order?

Hello Jennifer, Thank you for your inquiry. It only includes one rail, but the rail can be used for either side. To get both sides you would have to order two. Hope this helps!

I'm looking at the inner rail assy. Part 650, is this a pair or per single rail? If single rail must you request a right and left of are they universal?

I only need the little ball bearings that come on the slide, is there a part no. for those? Or maybe a size?

Upper Rack, left Slide seems to be preventing rack from sliding fully outward...appears to be hitting a stop of some type, when 3/4 open. Right side can slide futher. Is this Normal operation as both slides are the same or is ther something wrong. Have chk'd it out, but haven't taken anything apart yet. Can You please advise?

How can i remove upper rack ? I have end caps off.Thanks

The upper rack will not stay put, slides forward on its own. What part would I need to fix this?

Hello Patricia, Thank you for the question. This could indicate the Inner Rails are worn and need to be replaced. We also suggest checking the parts to the Bracket that holds the Basket to the Rail. We hope this helps!

This dishwasher has a top rack that has little white roller balls that keep falling out of the rails. Can you tell me what peices this might need.

MIDDLE RACK STUCKS OFTEN IN THE MIDDLEAND WE ARE UNABLE TO CLOSE THE DOOR COMPLETELY. WHT IS THE REASON?
