Product Description
CONTROL UNIT Specifications
This power control module is the electronic board that runs the main functions of the dishwasher, including washing, draining, and drying. It’s a genuine OEM replacement used when the dishwasher won’t start, shows error codes, or stops mid-cycle. Installing a new module restores proper communication between components and helps the dishwasher run reliably again. Checking your model number before ordering is recommended.

Easy repair, fixed my dishwasher
Our bosch unit would no longer operate its drain pump by either forcing the float switch or during normal power on or wash cycle startup. Would not run anymore. Motors correctly ohmed and mechanically sound. Drain pump would briefly stutter and stop .Units included service documents troubleshooting guide inside machine indicated bad control module. Replacement fixed our unit. Tip: Make sure you photograph all wiring connections before removal of old module, as unit wiring diagrams not as clear. Relatively easy to replace if you lay unit on its side. Thanks again partselect, yet another appliance repaired at home, major wife credits earned :)

When I start a cycle, after a few sounds, it immediately goes to "CLEAN" even though it didn't even start the cycle. Tried shutting down the electrical panel breaker for 15 minutes, worked a couple of times but won't work anymore. The times that strategy worked, the cycles went well (water inside, dishes were clean and hot at the end of the cycle) so I eliminated the pump from the culprits list. Is there hope ? What needs to be fixed ?
For model number SHX4AP05UC/05
Hi Genevieve,
Thank you for your question. If your dishwasher is jumping immediately to the clean cycle when you start a cycle, check and see if the water heater cycle is working properly. If the water is not heating properly, then you may need to replace the heat pump. Also, before using the dishwasher, run the hot water in the kitchen sink for a few minutes until it is good and hot. If the heater cycle is working properly, you will need to check the electronic control board. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.

Hello David, Thank you for the question. Bosch dishwasher error code E24 is a code that appears when there is an error in the drain. A common solution to solve the issue is cleaning the clogs or straightening the hose. We hope this helps.

I am getting error E:24 in about 15-30 seconds. It seems the pump is working and makes that noise as the equipment starts however in less than 30 seconds, i get this E:24 error. I also cleaned the clogs and don't see any blockages in the clog area.
For model number SHE6AF02UC/03
Hello Pranav, thank you for contacting us. The E24 error code indicates that the dishwasher is not draining properly. If there are no blockages in the clog area, then the drain pump, part number PS8727352, needs to be replaced, even if you hear the pump making a noise initially. We hope this solves your problem!
