My dishwasher appears to be leaking from on top of the sump. But i don't see a seal. How does the sump seal. My leak appears to be between the sump and the bottom of the dish washer.

Hello is part Sealing PS8729240 referred to as the sump seal for this Bosch dishwasher. Does it work to prevent leakage between the sump and the bottom of the dishwasher.

Hello Brian, thank you for reaching out. The seal you mentioned is the diverter disc cover seal. It prevents water from leaking between the disc cover and the sump. The sump seal is not sold separately. It comes with the sump assembly, part number PS8732950. We hope this information is useful!
