Hi, our dishwasher started making a noise when running. Fairly constant when running through its cycles. Wondering if this is the circulation pump.
For model number SHE3AR72UC
Hello John, Thank you for the question. Yes, normally if the noise is occurring during the Wash Cycles, the Circulation Pump could be faulty. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

The dishwasher is not filling with any water. Intake hose is turned on and not kinked. The float in the floor of the tub lifts easily and makes a few "glubbing" sounds when lifted. Do I need a new water "intake" valve (is this what you call a water inlet?) I mean the part that the intake hose screws on to). If so which part number? I assume that this is not the same as the "water valve" shown in your parts diagram (on the side of the machine). I do not see a picture of the part I am looking for which is located behind the bottom panel at the front of the machine. Thanks

How long does the rinse agent last before filling it again? I got mine in November and haven't filled it since.
For model number SHE3AR72UC
Hi Melissa, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, the rinse aid will mostly last from 1 to 3 months. Check the indicator while the dishwasher door is fully leveled. If the rinse aid is empty the indicator will appear clear. The color of the dispenser will depend on the color of the rinse aid you are using. We hope this information is useful!

AFTER TWO TO THREE MINUTES INTO WASH CYCLE DISPLAY SHOWS E24 AND ALL STOPS
For model number SHE3AR72UC
Hi Eric, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, the error code E24 indicates that the dishwasher is not draining properly due to the drain filter being blocked. To solve the issue, you may need to check the drain filter, part number PS8730270, and replace it if necessary. We hope this sorts out your problem!
We let this go for a shameful amount of time before I decided I could probably fix it. The roller broke so you could only pull it out about halfway or it would come off the track. I looked up the part, and bought it. Actually bought two in case it happened again. When I arrived I looked at how it was put together on the other side and then just basically pushed it onto the rod and it was fixed. I am ashamed it took so long to do it. Never be afraid to try it yourself. It was a total of $10 shipped to fix it.
