Ice Maker Assembly Specifications
Struggling with a faulty ice maker? Say goodbye to your problems with LG's Ice Maker Assembly! Serving as the heart of your fridge's ice-making process, this ingenious motor powers the auger that directs ice cubes to the dispenser chute. Its job? Ensuring you always have chilled cubes on tap, every time you need them. Designed meticulously to fit seamlessly with specific LG and Kenmore Elite refrigerator models, this motor is proof that great things come in compact packages. Despite its seemingly simple appearance, it's been engineered to embody the same outstanding functionality as your original part. Installing the Ice Maker Assembly is a breeze. But let's remember safety first - make sure you unplug your refrigerator and safely relocate those perishables before you begin. And don't forget those gloves. This small effort can be the key to making your fridge feel like new again. Now that's cool!

After installing the unit, I haven;t heard the water filling it up yet. It’s been about 15 minutes now. Is there something else I need to do?
For model number LFX31925ST
Hello Robert, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding, we would suggest checking the water inlet valve, part number PS3618979, to fix the issue. A malfunctioning water inlet valve can most probably cause this issue. We hope this solves your problem!
