The ice maker unit is cracked. Can I get the entire unit replaced? If so, can you give me the correct part number and replacement cost?

The Ice maker motor acts like it is going to turn the ice to dump but stops. there is Ice in the tray. Any Ideas?

Hello Darrell, thank you for your question. One of the most common causes of an ice maker that won’t dispense ice is that an ice clump has formed inside. When you have an ice chunk blockage, typically you will hear the auger trying to break up the ice. Try to break up the ice with your hands, if your unable to you will have to defrost the ice maker. If there is no blockage, it could be that the auger motor has failed. Part number PS3533572. We hope this helps.

Ice maker does not turn to allow ice cubes to empty into ice bin. Any solutions to the problem?
