After I figured out what size nut driver to use, just unscrewed the old housing and screwed new housing back in . Put filter in housing, put top back on and cover back on. We now have water at the dispenser. All is well.
The longest and hardest part or replacing the icemaker was finding my nut driver. Once I found it, it was 3 nuts to remove and the plug to un-snap. The 4-pin plug was the same as the original so no big deal. Be careful because there was a hot part on the icemaker and I burned my finger when taking it out.
Put on new shelf in seconds. What a wonderful way to be able to purchase the perfect part easily through the internet. I ordered the part on Sunday and received it on Tuesday. THANK YOU Parts Select!!! K.F.

This is a side by side frig manufactured in 2010. The old bins are only 11"w x 5"h x 7" deep. I need the refrigerator door bins.
