Well...The freezer door bin broke while over-stuffing it with frozen deer jerky. I called my local repair shop and they quoted me what was above retail for the piece...I checked online liked the prices and felt confident to buy from parts select. I bought on a Saturday and selected the slowest shipping (I think 5 days). I got a 'notice' it shipped on Monday and had it Tuesday when I got home from work. Excellent experience.

I ordered the suggested bins for my freezer door and they are too big. Can you please tell me what to do. I have looked your site over and everything i find is 10 inches and i need 8 inches. What is wrong. I am using the model number inside to go by what else can i do.
