I cant find the 'clip' that is inserted into the side of the fridge to the the vege crisper-the plastic part that supports the bin broke off-its a plastic pin like support. Thanks,mjh

I need help with 2 parts, please! There are 2 drawers in our fridge. The top drawer tract /slide that mounts to the side of the fridge is broken so the drawer is now sitting on the top of the lower drawer. I've looked at your schematic, but can not find the fridge mounted plastic slide. Also, when the top drawer slide/tract broke, the drawer fell on the bottom drawer top and broke the bottom drawer top. Which part do i order for the bottom drawer?

Hello Deborah, thank you for your question. The slides that the drawer slide in and out of are part of the plastic frame itself. The top drawer frame is part number PS648823. This is just the frame, not the glass that sits in the frame. The bottom drawer frame is part number PS2361213 and the glass that sits in that frame is part number PS429962. The original bottom drawer top might have been a solid piece of plastic originally, but the manufacturer makes it as a frame and glass assembly now. Also, these frames and crispers are supported by Crisper Cover Support - Front PartSelect Number: PS2358880 and Crisper Support - Rear PartSelect Number: PS2358879. I hope this helps!

Hello Lea, thank you for inquiring. The one for the bottom drawer is Humidity Control Slide part PS430198 for your model, but unfortunately the other one is discontinued and is no longer available. We have no known replacement information in our system. We recommend you contact Electrolux directly to see if they have recently released a new substitute. I am looking for the "trays" not sure what to call them. It's the tray on the door where you would put mayo, mustard and other jars etc. It's on the inside of the door for the refrigerator (not the freezer.) They are clear. My two bottom ones are broken. They just fell and cracked when I opened the door. Gwhiz. Help please. Thanks. Rennae
