Installed springs, linkage, gasket, and bracket
Repair was easy. Unfortunately I really didn't need the springs or linkage, but I couldn't see that until I took the dishwasher out from the counter. The springs were not stiff enough to keep the door from just falling open. So I cut about an inch off the long end and bent it into a hook. I didn't need new linkages the old ones were fine. The gasket made the biggest difference and went in very easy. The door will be difficult to close for a few times then everything works great.

Upper rack had rusted and needed to be replaced
I pulled out the upper rack and using pliers, unlatched the snap brackets on each side. I removed the upper rack, and while I held the glides still, my husband slid the new rack onto the glides. I then replaced the snap brackets and we were back in business.

The plastic pieces holding the rack broke
The plastic pieces holding the section of the rack that folded over broke. I just unsnapped the rack, removed the remaining parts of the broken rack snaps that were still attached, and slid the new pieces on. It took me an extra minute to figure out which direction the rack should be turned, but then it snapped on easily.

The plastic handle broke off the door latch and the brackets broke so someone threw out the fence.
First I removed the six screws from the door panel, then I removed the old door latch assembly, there were two torx screws and four electrical connectors. I reattached the new electical connectors and screwed it back in place. Then I put the door panel back on with the screws. It was easy, my husband thought I would not be able do it.

Bowl holder on lower rack collapsed into folded position when bowls were loaded.
Very simple: snap out old brackets and snap in two new ones. Biggest problem was finding parts, and your website made that EASY! I'll be back next time I need parts.
