Ice tray had cracked and broken. The water is still not filling up my ice tray.
The replacement was fairly simple. I removed the existing tray and detached the water line. Once the water line water reattached to the new tray I inserted into the ice maker.
*** The problem I'm having now is the water is not filling up the tray*** Not sure what I did wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Not making ice no water comping to tray

Hi Dennis, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the water valve for continuity,PartSelect Number: PS4146165. If the valve is defective it may not release water into the ice tray. Hope this helps!

My ice maker intermittently does not empty ice tray ; and randomly makes ice. I have hit the reset button and it makes a new tray of ice, however it will not advance to empty the tray unless i hit the reset button.

The ice tray just spins with the motor, does not twist and break ice out. Is this a tray problem or something else. Oh yea, found a small piece of plastic that broke off from somewhere
