I need on/off push button on the front panel of the dryer [not the switch]

Hello Steve, thank you for your question. The on/off push button for this unit is not sold separately. You would have to order the entire control panel, part number 3721EL0009C. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has discontinued the part and is not longer making it. I hope this information helps.

Does the knob you sell come as an assembly with a plug or other electronic interface that hooks up to the machine? My washing machine will not change the wash cycle without spinning the knob excessively, the knob switch is failing to pick up the spinning motion.

Does this knob come with the D shaped shaft? The knob casing itself isn’t broken, but the shaft that connects the knob to the internal control isn’t properly changing the wash settings - i.e. Perm Press, Cotton/Normal, Delicated.

My washing machine will not change the wash cycle without spinning the knob excessively. My model number is WM2501HWA. Can I pull the old part off from the front and the machine and replace it with a new part (Official LG 4941ER3005A Knob – Chrome) on? Is that the proper way to fix the knob?

Hi Roslyn, Thank you for asking. To remove the damaged knob you need to hold the knob and pull it firmly away from the console to remove the old knob. Next line the stem up with the grooves inside of the back of the new knob and push the knob into place. We hope this helps!
