Lower Spray Arm Bearing Specifications
This part is a replacement lower spray arm bearing for your dishwasher. It is made of gray plastic and is approximately ½ inch in diameter. The spray arm bearing reduces friction and allows the spray arm to rotate during the operating cycle. If the spray arm is not rotating or cleaning dishes properly, or the dishwasher is noisy during operation, you may need to replace the spray arm bearing. This is a bearing for the middle spray arm, which is mounted to the bottom of the upper dish rack. The bearing is made of metal and is approximately one inch in diameter. Control module went out - causing the heating element to super heat, melting several of the plastic interior parts
I replaced the control module, and effected plastic interior parts - tested wihout heat, then re-tested with heat dry - performed beautifully. This is a pretty expensive unit that would cost around $1500 to replace new. And, Sears wanted $1500 to repair, so I saved a bunch doing it myself for about $350.

Leak from the bottom center
The connector pump had a pinhole leak at the seam (new part did not have seams). Also replaced the sump inlet which looked worn and the impeller.
Lay dishwasher on it's back to access the bottom. Loosen all clamps. Remove both U shaped holders on the sump inlet. Remove screws holding the drain motor. Pull out the pump motor and sump inlet. Connector pump can be unscrewed from the bottom.
Replace parts and reassemble. It isn't that bad once you start disassembly, especially for anyone somewhat handy.
