We are trying to replace the 3 screws that attach the large metal screen located on the inside back wall of the drum on our stacked dryer GE.
We can't seem to get the 3 screws to line up with the 3 holes in the Bracket assembly (Which rest behind the large metal screen.)
Is there some trick to doing that? No help from GE people.

I’m having issues with finding the correct part for my GE dryer. I want to replace the entire rear drum bearing assembly. The exsisting bearing is metal male end with Oring on drum. And female metal end attached to back of dryer…..let me lnow
