Both Switch Shafts Were Snapped Off In Move.
T-10 driver to remove panel/expose switches. Screwdriver to lift metal tab and hand rotate switch 45 degrees ccw. Switch comes out. Pull connectors off switch one at at time and put on new switch. Install new switch snap in place. Install panel with t-10.

Not heating enough
For model number DBXR453ET0WW
Hello Steve, Thank you for your great question! If your dryer is not heating enough, then we would recommend checking the high limit thermostat, the safety thermostat, the operating thermostat, the cycling thermostat, and the heating element. You can test the parts with a multimeter and we have included a link to our article on the dryer not heating that shows what the ohm readings should be. Also check for any clogs or other obstructions in the dryer vent system that could have caused one of the thermostats to fail. Good luck with your repair.
