The control knobs are loose. There’s a small plastic fitting on the stem that easily comes off and the knobs are loose. Can I replace the plastic fitting?

Hello Marian, thank you for your inquiry. The part you are referring to does not come separately, it comes as a part of the knob. You may need to replace the knobs to solve the problem. All the knobs for your model have the same part number PS5573457. You may need to order them individually. Glad to be of help!
