Machine would not run
Unplugged the machine, disconected water lines, removed back panel, slid putty knife under the two ends of the machine panel lifted it off. Removed the wire connections and air tube, removed 2 screws on control board and removed, put in new control board

Washer would not cycle, stayed in water dump mode.
Removed the panel from the back of the head unit. Located the control board and used putty knife to remove head display unit for ease of wire removal and control panel. Put new control in and reinstalled wiring harness. Reinstalled head and replaced the back panel. Tested operation and returned to service.

Water pump continuing to run after a wash cycle.
Released the two spring clips located under the edges of the top console using a putty knife. Had to give them a good whack as they were stiff. Tilted the console forward. Removed two screws that secure the control panel. Unplugged all the wiring harness connectors (which are unique, so no chance of plugging them in wrong.) Removed the vinyl tube that runs to the panel. Removed the old control board, inserted the new board. Secured it with the two screws. Plugged in all the connectors. Inserted the vinyl tube. Tilted the console back up. Snapped the console back down on the spring clips. . Mission complete.

Washing machine would not correctly end a spin cycle
Removed the back panel, and then opened the top of the back which contained the control panel. Removed all of the connections to the control panel, and then removed the old control panel. Installed the new control panel, reconnected all the devices, and tested the washer.

I have a brand-new washer, not even a year old, and it's stuck in a drain mode, and it won't function. I notice you have a problem with control boards on these models. S/N CD2401247

The issue could be with the control board, but before replacing it check the drain hose first. If it is fine, the issue could be with the drain pump, part number PS11770076. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
My washer stays in wash mode. I unplugged it and also reset the washer using the knob. It won't wash. I replaced the shift actuator, and that didn't work. And there are no clogs. Sometimes when I reset the system using the knob it works maybe one time. Do you think it's the mother board?
