At start of wash cycle, should the tub go through a momentary spin and drain cycle? After the tub started to overfill, I conducted a Force Drain procedure. It only drained about 6 inches of water and stopped. I followed the steps, began a new cycle, but could not get the force drain to initiate another drain. I had to lower drain hose to floor to manually drain. Does Self-Diagnostic mode pinpoint potential problem? Water pressure switch and hose are new, screens, water pressure, are all great. What to do?

Hi Michael, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest replacing the control board, part number PS12589962, to solve the problem. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. Glad to be of help!

Washer leaking water out from bottom.
For model number WT7300CW
Hello Mike, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the drain hose for leakage. If it is working fine, then you may need to check the drain pump, part number PS12580277, to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!
