None of the burners spark for ignition. I'm thinking ignition module ?
For model number ZGU36NGH5SS
Hi Tyrone, thank you for writing in. The most common reason a gas stove won't light is that the igniter is clogged with debris. Over time, dirt and dust can accumulate on the igniter and prevent it from sparking. If this is the case, you'll need to clean it off in order for the stove to work properly. If after a good clean there is still no spark, then the Spark Module will have to be replaced. The correct part number for your model is PS2344294. We hope this helps.
All burners ignite however the ignitor continues to click while the 2 back burners are lit. What do you suggest?
For model number ZGU36L4RH3SS
Hi Louis,
Thank you for your question. It sounds like you may need to check the electrode and your igniter switch. If both of those parts are fine the problem may be in your spark module. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

One of the 4 range burners on our GE Monogram continues to click after turning OFF the range. The other 3 burners ignite and turn off correctly. We have tried cleaning the burner and ignitor. Not sure if the problem might be the Igniter Switch or possible even the Spark Module. The only way for it to stop is to Kill the power at the Breaker for the Range. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello Jim, thank you for contacting us. You will need to check the igniter switch, part number PS651383, and the spark module, part number PS1480956. Carefully inspect the switch under the affected knob for any signs of physical damage or trapped food debris. If the switch is burned or damaged, it will need to be replaced. If the igniter continues to spark even after the switch has been checked, the spark module, which is responsible for sending sparks to all burners, might be faulty. We hope this information helps!
