Plate wasn't spinning.
Simply popped the turntable shaft in. It was installed by hand, no tools required.

Glass Turntable not rotating when microwave oven ON
Turntable shaft was worn and out of shape likely due to heat. Simply remove rotating glass and damaged plastic shaft underneath. Replace with new shaft.

The turntable does not rotate and not heating. All the buttons on the board seem to be working, the light inside the microwave works, the fan and exterior light work too. Not sure what part needs to be replaced. Thanks.

Hello Annette, thank you for inquiring. Replacing the Primary Interlock Door Switch part PS2370055 for your model may fix both issues at the same time. For the issue of no heat, you may also want to consider the Magnetron part PS1481236, and for the tray not rotating, the Turntable Shaft part PS1480804 for your model. We hope this helps.

Hello Debby, thank you for writing. Our research indicates the issue can fall in several places. The most common part to check is the Primary Interlock Door Switch PS2370055. Next the Switch Monitor Interlock switch PS2370056. Then, the Diode part PS2370026. Lastly, the Magnetron part PS1481236.
