Dispenser module frame broke, preventing cubed ice and cold water flowing freely.
Remove plastic cover from freezer door by sliding upwards and disconnect wire harness. Disconnect wire harness from refrigerator to module. Unscrew 3 x philips screws securing the module frame in the door. Remove the plastic water tube from the dispenser module. My water tube was perished and leaking, so I replaced it with 6mm diameter automotive vacuum hose and secured it to the water line spigot with a zip-tie. (Note: the module I ordered does not come with a water tube). Re-assembly is the reverse of the above.

Refrigerator makes and dispenses ice, but not water. I have replaced the water inlet valve. Any suggestions?

Hello Fred, Thank you for reaching out. This can be caused by a clogged or old filter. If the filter has been changed in the last 6 months, you may have a faulty dispenser button switch or dispenser modules. If the ice dispenser is not dispensing ice from the door, the most probable cause of the issue is a faulty auger motor, part number PS10057235, which may need to be replaced. This motor rotates the auger. When the auger rotates, it pushes ice out of the bin through a chute. We hope this solves your problem!
