The relay behind back splash control panel. Controls what exactly. Washer drain pump only getting 5Vac . Washer will fill and spin. 120vac entering relay. 5 vac at board grey and light blue to drain pump. New drain pump, works off a jumper 120vac. Possible bad board and bad relay.?
