Product Description
Lower Spray Arm Specifications
This lower spray arm assembly is a vital component in your dishwasher, responsible for distributing water and detergent throughout the tub during the wash cycle. Its rotating motion ensures thorough cleaning by spraying water in multiple directions. Typically mounted to a hub at the bottom of the dishwasher, a damaged spray arm may cause knocking sounds, restricted rotation, or poor cleaning results. Replacing it helps eliminate food residue and unpleasant odors. Installation is simple—just lift the center of the old arm to release it, and snap the new one into place. This OEM part is sold individually.

This part works well.
I was very happy to receive the spray arm. It worked well. There is a sleeve in the base of the arm that needs to be locked to the motor adapter before installing the spray arm. If this adapter is not locked in the spray arm will fall off again. I discovered this as there was no sleeve adapter on the new arm. Thankyou for the swift delivery.

Melted spray arm resulted in leaky dishwasher
Over Thanksgiving, the spray arm in my dishwasher apparently popped off and was partially melted. I remounted it inside the dishwasher, but the new hole was on the side of the arm. I think this resulted in water being sprayed directly against the door and not up through the top holes. It flooded my kitchen floor.
The spray arm pops on and off with plastic tabs (?) at the base. You can lightly pry with a butter knife or simply wiggle it off. The new one popped right on. Easiest repair EVER.
