Easy repair, working, but the middle plugs/part bent easily and it's affected the washer's ability to go directly into rince and spin. And one of the conduits came loose. So I've had to repair it again which has been annoying.

Water inlet valve relacement
Installed correctly but PartsSelect sent WRONG part, but part number on bag was correct. Installation of WRONG part fried the main board. A $100 fix is now costing me about $1300.00 for technician service and new unit. I asked PartsSelect to help with cost since outcome is due to their error. Totally unsatisfied. Will not suggest company to other DIYers.

Hello Gary, thank you for contacting us. The PF (Power Failure) error on a washer after a repair usually indicates that the washer's control board detected an unstable power supply, a momentary drop in voltage. Unplug the washer from the wall outlet and leave it unplugged for 5–10 minutes to allow the main board to fully discharge. If this does not help, you will need to replace the main control board, part number PS12589963, to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!
