Belt Specifications
Maintain smooth operation of your sander with this durable replacement drive belt. This looped, flexible rubber belt controls the movement of the sanding pad, ensuring consistent and efficient sanding. Over time, belts can wear out, lose elasticity, or break due to regular use or improper installation—leading to unstable or erratic pad movement. To replace the belt, first unplug the sander and remove the fasteners securing the housing cover. Carefully note the routing of the old belt before removing it, then position the new belt in place, ensuring proper alignment and tension. Reattach the housing cover and secure it with the appropriate screws to complete the repair.
