Received the part quickly, in 1 or 2 days, totally unexpected as the website said 5-7 business days. The part itself is a little fragile, the little hooks that hold it in place on the control board, could easily be bent or broken, so be aware. Overall, pretty easy installation. On our model the clock is glued in place, so I had to re-glue it, because I had to detach it to allow the front panel to open enough to have access to the button & button holder.
