My Samsung washer is stuck with 45 minutes showing on the display. The door is locked. I drained the water out. Removed the clothes and unplugged the machine overnight. Trouble shooting the display is showing an AC6 code. I replaced the PCB and it still the same issue. I manually unlocked the door. Now it wont lock. I have tested the water valves and they all ohm at 998 to 1000.
Any help would be great.

Based on our research, an AC6 error code indicates that a communication error has been detected by the internal electronic diagnostics. communication error between the main PCB and the inverter PCB. As you have already replaced the main PCB, we would suggest checking the inverter control board, part number PS9605937. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!

The washer door does not close. If I put pressure on the door the machine does not give me the code DE and start but it does not close or locks the door for washing, and the door stays open? Do I need to change the complete part or is something electrical?

error AC6, door is locked won't open manually either.
