This part says to see 2a on the diagram but there is no part labeled 2a. Can you please clarify what part this is on the diagram?

Hello Tamra, thank you for your question. The item # 2A is the Right Side Rack Adjuster Housing PartSelect Number PS11756593. This is the square plastic housing cover for the adjuster that is on the right side of the rack as you're looking at the unit. The item# 2 is Part Number: PS11756592 and is the left hand rack adjuster housing cover. I hope this helps!

The part I need is in the upper rack adjuster housing. The rack will drop down with a heavy load. When I move the rack back up or press it to lower there is a click in this housing. Would appreciate your telling which part I need and a video I replacement video to determine if I think I can handle installation. Thanks

Hello James, thank you for your question. The left Adjuster Housing is part number PS11756592, the right is PS11756593. Parts inside and around the housing are the Adjuster Arm Clips, the Upper Rack Adjuster itself (one for each side), the Dishrack Adjuster clips and the Positioners. There is a plastic part that is in the shape of half a square. This snaps onto the w10350376 assy. It helps attach the rack adjuster kit to the rack to keep it from moving back and fourth. It fits in the 3 slots in the center of the piece. All the kits do not include this part. Do you have the part number and how i can order 1. A picture would help. I took a picture but there is no way to attach it.

Why are the left and right side different prices? They are the same part just right and left handed.
