Machine would not drain
After removing the front access panel, i found the troubleshooting guide with the code sequences taped to the panel, which explained the how to read the trouble code the machine displayed. Before changing the control board, I first checked the drain line, the coin/lint trap, the pump impeller, and then moved to checking the trouble codes. You will need to remove the top of the machine to access the control board, but this is very simply a matter of removing 4 screws on the rear of the machine and sliding the top back and lifting it up and out of the way, which will expose the control board on the top right side of the machine. The control panel simply slides to the rear to release from the machine. I took a photo of the control board before disconnecting all of the wires, there are about 10-12 connections, and when the new part arrived, simply slid the new control board into place, replaced the connections, replaced the top on the machine, slide the machine back into place, and did a small load of laundry to test. I have now ran 10 loads and everything works great. Great OEM part and very simple to install.

We experienced a power outage and afterwards the washer won't start. I unplugged and waited a few minutes then plugged back in. There is a continuous beeping. This stops after I push the start button. When I push the start button again the rinse light blinks once and a single beep sounds. That's all the machine will do. It was manufactured in 2011 but is not in a primary usage home so hasn't been used very much compared to a normal household usage.

Hello Aaron, Thankyou for the question. With a power outage it can cause a surge that will damaged one or both of the control boards. We suggest checking the board to see if they have the proper voltage and if there is any evidence of burn marks or a short. We hope this helps!

Hello Leland, Thank you for your question. Researching the model number that you have provided, there are several parts that can cause this issue, the door lock latch, the motor control board, the grounding microswitch, the drive motor, the drain pump, or the washer function control board PS11755972. Check the control boards for any visible damage or loose connections, and you can test the other parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. We hope this helps with your repair.
