My top loader washer lid would not open. I held it for 3 seconds like always still wouldn't open. I pried it open with a screw driver it open. I think i must have done something to the latch when it closes is does not latch and it just clicks. Please tell me it can be replaced it's just 2 years old

Washer fills, washes, spins and is stuck on spin and times out allowing the lid lock to release--help!

Where do I find the model number it's a Maytag continental about 3 years old, I have to order the four spring supports that hold the drum up

The washer jumps up and down and makes an awful noise like it is destroying itself during the spin cycle, it eventually does balance out and completes the cycle. We have tried different settings and try to distribute the load as best as we can and still continues. We are afraid it will destroy itself. Can you help? We have never had this much trouble with a washer.

My machine won't stop filling. Can you recommend fix and parts number?

Hello John, thank you for writing. Yes, the most likely issue is a clog or debris in the Water Valve or it may be defective. PartSelect Number PS12349203. Another possibility is the Pressure hose PartSelect Number PS11741846. This is the hose that tells your appliance if your tub is at the desired water level. We hope this helps.
