Parts arrived quickly, but are not as shown in the photo, nor the same as those I was replacing.There is a hole in the center on the replacements, that is not present in the originals. Spill overs now run into the cavity under the bowl, making clean up much more difficult. Same issue with the replacement 6" bowls I ordered

Broken burner and old drip pans not able to get clean
Actually, no repair was needed. I just removed the old drip pans and my burners snap in and out, so it could not have been easier! I simply looked up the parts on your web-site, ordered and completed my transaction in about 5 minutes. The parts were delivered in two days - amazing! It could not have been easier!!!!!! I don't like to shop and this would have taken me forever to find a place that would have helped me locate parts.
One of the 8 inch burners on my stove was broken and the drip pans were looking pretty bad.
The young lady on the phone was so helpful in getting exactly the right parts I needed. When they arrived, I just took out the old and put in the new.....easy as can be and it looks like a brand new stove. Can't beat the customer service and the prices. It was a pleasure doing business with you. mjm
