bake element and surface element not heating
THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. THE SURFACE ELEMENT SNAPPED RIGHT IN AND THE BAKE ELEMENT SCREWED OUT AND BACK IN IN A SNAP. This was an A+experience! I found the correct parts easily using their diagrams,ordered easily and remarkably, I ordered on a sunday evening and received my order on tuesday afternoon. Could not have been happier!!
Broken burner and old drip pans not able to get clean
Actually, no repair was needed. I just removed the old drip pans and my burners snap in and out, so it could not have been easier! I simply looked up the parts on your web-site, ordered and completed my transaction in about 5 minutes. The parts were delivered in two days - amazing! It could not have been easier!!!!!! I don't like to shop and this would have taken me forever to find a place that would have helped me locate parts.
All I did was take out the old drip bowls and broken element and put in the new. I have had a difficult time trying to find the parts, but PartSelect made it so easy and the parts were the correct ones for my old JennAir stove.
The burner wouldn't work. I just plugged in the new one and all was done.

Our original surface element caught fire!
Old surface element was removed simply by pulling it out of the electrical contacts. The, the new one was inserted.

I needed a new electric coil for my electric stove.

Does this part referred to as the canning element. And does sit higher off the stove top ?

replace senser and switch burner is not working all other burner are !

Hi Michael, thank you for reaching out. If only the 8 inches element is not working, after replacing the switch, the issue might be with the element itself. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Its part number is PS11738460. We hope this sorts out your problem!
