Normal wash cycle light is flashing. I assume this is some kind of fault code, but I don’t have a clue what the fault is. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
For model number KUDL031VWH3
Hello Charles, thank you for your inquiry. It means that the normal button is shorted or held for more than 17 seconds. Try to unplug the dishwasher and heat up the touchpad with a hair dryer. Then rub your thumb over the normal button to try to unstick it. Allow it to cool and then re-apply power. Now if it still acts up you will need to replace the control panel, part number PS11751093. Good luck with this repair!
Start button was working intermittently, figured door switch and/or latch... but now the Cancel button light is stuck on and no other switches will work. Shut off breaker for an hour to reset, still on... bad board?

Some of the lights on the control panel come on and some do not. What part do I need to repair my dishwasher?
For model number MDBH949AWB1
Hello Helene,
Thanks for your question. Be sure to check if there is an error code being indicated by the flashing lights. Each error code may have a unique solution to implement. If no error code is present, it may be worth checking your control panel. Part number PS11722974 for the black panel, part number PS11722976 for the white panel, and part number PS11722977 for the biscuit pannel. If the buttons are not working on them, it may be worth replacing the control panel.
I hope this helps.
All power buttons work but when you press the start button, the dishwasher fails to start. Which part do I need to replace? The Cancel/Drain button works and drains the dishwasher. Your response would be appreciated. Thanks.
