motor was turning but no ice came out
took 4 screws out holding back cover of motor and un plug plug on right ps there is a tab to lift up before you pull plg use pliers to get off old coupling just keep unscrewing it till i catches good threads it will come off and put washers so you dont winde up back on to the striped part of the shaft. YOu rock price is good and the parts are right thanks john belzner
Plastic side-rail cracked. Shelf could no longer support weight on top or in the drawer beneath.
(1) Remove the drawer by pulling it open until it catches. Push up gently on the bottom-rear of the drawer to lift it over the stop tabs in the drawer rail, and pull the drawer out completely. Note: You will need to push the refrigerator door gently to the fully open position to remove the drawer all the way. The door will open about 30 degrees further than where it comes to rest on its own when opened. (2) Remove the shelf by lifting gently on the front and sliding it forward. Once the rear corners of the shelf are beyond the upper lip of the shelf rail, you can lift the shelf out of the rail, and turn it vertical to remove through the fridge door. Note: the glass in the shelf is meant to stay in, but if its old or damaged it may tip out when you turn the shelf on its side. So you may want to tape it in place before removing the shelf. (3) Install the new shelf by repeating step 2 in reverse. (4) Reinstall the drawer by repeating step 1 in reverse.

My frame that holds the meat drawer has broken....what part will work...all sides are in pieces .....i see a “snack shelf” ...will that have the grooves in it for the meat drawer to slide in?

Is part #17 the shelf that would be at the top or first one with multiple slots, it can be slid/placed into?Just want to be sure so i order the correct one is mine is cracked, it seems so from the diagram but i want to be sure its the correct one?

Based on our research, yes this shelf would be for the top part of your refrigerator. You can replace your old shelf with the new shelf by following these following steps: 1) If there is a snack drawer below the shelf, remove it by pulling forward and lifting up the rear. 2) Remove the old shelf by sliding it forward and lifting up. 3) Install the new shelf by sliding it in while holding up the front and then lower the front. 4) Once the new shelf is in place you can reinstall the drawer.
