Can someone confirm the outside diameter of this electric cooktop burner? Amazon states the package size of 4" x 3" x 6". I understand the burner to be 8 or 9" on diameter.

The inner elemwnt of my dual left element is no longer heating up. The other element still works. Would this be an indication that the element needs replacement or the switch?

the front large burner has quit working on my range. I can find the replacement for the burner that is adjustable for large or small pans. However the burner I need to replace is just large. Could you please help with the correct replacement.

I have the Jenn-Air cooktop with 5 burners. Purchased and installed in June of 2017. The largest burner (12" radius ) on the entire cooktop - in the center allows for three elements to turn on. Within that largest burner - just the center element (6") looks to be burned out. The other two elements will heat up and work correctly. Do I need to order a complete new triple element to repair or do I purchase just the smaller 6" element? What is the part number for element(s) I need? Thank you for your help.
