My oven only has one element. Which one would i choose for it.

My Range (WOS51EC0HB00) does not work the bake and broil element.
I ordered both elements.

The Broiler function in the oven does not work. Ohm's test on the element is good, have no voltage at the broiler element, RTD had the correct Ohms"1100" Looks to be a bad relay on the main control board. Also maxed the temperature set point up above oven temp. Anything else that I should check on before I order a new control board.
One more problem that has shown up after everything was put back to together, is the circulating (cooling) fan will not shut off after the Oven has cooled down.

Oven seems to take a longer than usual time to heat up, temperature does not match actual temperature in oven, then when cooking, is typically at least 25 degrees higher than what's indicated on an inside temperature gauge.
