Dual Infinite Switch WP9755173

The part was slow to arrive because our order had been misdirected by your person/people. However, when we recieved the part I even installed it by myself after carefully attaching the wires in the matching locations as on the dead switch. Now we're able to cook up a storm again!

It took a while but after studying the diagrams on line I was able to access the panel with little effort and change the switch.

Part arrived in a timely fashion. Install was very easy, appliance is back to operating normally.

I needed a Dual Infinite Switch for my range. I received via UPS less that 16 hrs. It took me 45 mins total to replace the old switch.

After YouTube video and finding the part I needed. I tried to shop locally, however one store was helpful but two or more weeks for pat to be in town. The part came fast, although I had to reorder one as the first one was not working properly. The warranty exchange was easy and straightforward, great customer service. I recommend to install one wire at a time unplugging from the old part to replug immediately to the new one in order not to get confused, and it makes for a very easy installation.
