The repair was ridiculous - had to disassemble the entire cooktop (Kitchen-aid) to get at the switch, but the switch itself was the correct part and it worked flawlessly.

Easy repair and part is working as expected
Overall a good experience and delivery was fast as well. 1st step was the normal precaution measure of shutting off the valve of our gas line. I then took apart my cooktop by removing 6 screws(by down draft fan) as well as the 4 gas burners had 2 screws in each burner along with disconnecting the wire to the pilot ignitor. Also of course having to pull off the 5 control knobs(4 related to the burners & 1 for fan switch). Overall removing the top was the most complicated part in getting to the broken fan switch. Once this was all done, was quickly able to install the new fan switch for our down draft fan on our Jenn-Air. It was now back in business and the part worked perfectly. Also it actually provided an opportunity to do a bit of cleaning up of crumbs and some spillage from our cooking(who knew as doesn't look like any easy way to fall into the cooktop).
