Foolishly melted a plastic cutting board at a high temperature while baking bread which dripped over two two racks and puddled on the bottom pan.
The repair was very easy, though expensive. Just slid in the racks and installed new bottom with only two screws to remove and replace after setting the bottom pan in place..
The parts I used worked great, my issue is the parts I need to return.
I have tried to call, but NO-ONE answers the phone. I have sent emails, but all I get is an automated response telling me to go to the web site. Partselect is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I need to return about $100 in parts and I cannot get an automated return form or someone on the phone. I will NEVER do business with them or recommend them to anyone. In a nutshell they SUCK as a company.

Hi, is it possible to order a new oven liner kit (side walls and bottom liner)? My wife mistakenly used oven cleaner and the finish on the liner is all blotched and dull. We have scrubbed endlessly with soap and and water with no improvement.

My bottom oven element burnt out and as it was dying it must having started to arc and created a small pea size hole in the bottom oven cover which covers the element.
I have replaced the element however my owvn is now cooking way too fast and received error message about oven overheating. Could this pea size hole allow too much heat to release into the interior of the oven causing the overheating?

Based on the description that you have provided, we have concluded that the issue is probably with the bottom panel, part number PS11703263, but before replacing it, we would suggest checking the oven temperature sensor, part number PS11726314, with a multimeter. If the sensor has continuity, then you may need to replace the bottom panel to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
