Connecting Rod And Piston Asse Specifications
This genuine OEM replacement kit is designed for use with select DeWalt air compressors and includes the most commonly needed parts to fix low compression issues. The kit comes with a cylinder tube, valve plate O-rings, and a complete piston assembly with bearing—everything you need to restore performance. Please note: This kit does not include the valve plate, head gaskets, or other compressor components. If your compressor is losing power or not building pressure properly, this kit may be the solution. To install, you’ll need a screwdriver and a wrench, and it’s always a good idea to refer to your model’s manual for step-by-step instructions and compatibility.

Older compressor runs but no longer builds pressure
After replacing the piston, cylinder sleeve and O-rings, the old compressor works like a champ. The hardest part was getting the nut loose holding the piston & bearing in place. Two socket wrenches and a big hammer was able to break the nut loose and get it off.
