My freezer shelves are collapsing also and i don’t put that much on them, they’re also the shelves that came with the refrigerator. Do i just replace them and hope they work? It seems they’re just not wide enough. What do i do about that?

Hello Kathy, thank you for your question. Over time, the center divider between the freezer and the refrigerator can warp toward the refrigerator side, causing the shelves to not fit properly. Other customers have reported purchasing nail-free cord clips (found with electrical cords, clips for holding TV, DVD, or computer wires to walls), or reinforced plastic tubing that they split and forced around the wire shelf, where it lays on the supports to take up the space so the shelf remains snug and doesn't fall. My shelves collapse in the freezer, they are only 12.250 across and the the freezer from side to side is 12.750. Will the replacement shelves work?

How wide is the replacement shelf for this model refrigerator? It is the second and third shelf in the freezer section and is listed as part 301. The current shelf is too narrow and keeps falling through.

Shelves in freezer are not wide enough. They keep collapsing on top of each other and the frozen goods fall onto the floor. This could be a disaster if it happened when no-one is home

These look similar to the existing shelves. Please tell me the measurements of both shelves so I can measure mine before spending 100.00 on a shelf.
