This genuine OEM die is designed for use with nibblers. It works with the punch to cut sheet metal by providing a stable punching base and allowing for consistent cut sizes and shapes. A faulty die can result in rough or incomplete cuts, bent materials, slower performance, and equipment jamming. To replace the die, first ensure the nibbler is turned off and unplugged from any power source. Remove the nibbler protective casing/housing to access the die. Use a wrench or screwdriver to remove the fasteners holding the die in place and lift the die out of the nibbler. Place the new die in the correct position and reattach the fasteners to secure the die in place. Switch the nibbler on and use a piece of scrap metal to check that the die is functional and can create clean cuts.
