Unit is filling but then nothing. How do I reset ?
For model number WTW5000DW3
Hello Thomas, Thank you for the question. If the washer fills but then stops and does not start the Wash Cycle, you may have a defective Door Lock Assembly. If the lock does not engage it can not tell the controls the lid is closed and ok to start the wash cycle. If you disconnect the lock from the control while the unit is turned off, you can test the lock to see if it is in the locked state. If you test the blue wire to the white wire for resistance, if it reads 0 ohms then it is in the locked state. If it reads infinite, then the lock is in the open position. This will help to identify if the lock is in the locked position. If it is in the locked position contact customer service to return the part and a new latch should be ordered. We hope this helps!
Hello Donald, thank you for asking. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest you checking the water inlet valve, part number PS11773194, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Washer was sitting in appx 1/2 foot of water in our laundry room a couple of days as water receded after recent hurricane (started at approximately 1- 1 1/2 feet). Makes squeaking/grinding noise during wash cycle only. All other cycles of wash are good with no noise.
For model number WTW5000DW3
Hi Trish, thank you for reaching out. If your washer makes a grinding noise during the wash cycle, we suggest that you check the washer drive pulley, drive hub, lid bumper, and drive belt. If you require assistance to place an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!

6 days ago I asked about the washer not providing hot water. Your response was to replace the inlet valve assembly which I ordered and have replaced. After replacing we washed a load and while the inlet valve started dispensing hot water, it stopped and is now dispensing cold water only as before. Can you please advise?
For model number WTW5000DW3
Hello Donald, thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking that the inlet valve is properly installed. If the issue remains, then you may need to check the control board, part number PS12745506, to solve the problem. We hope this helps!
ordered hub and it shipped quickly. I was able to put the hub in place and screw the screws in. you want to tighten them down slowly and go around to each screw tightening a little at a time so you don't break the hub. as you tighten the screws down the hub slides down flush. its impossible to just push the hub on with your hand. Buttoned it back up and got caught up on laundry. good day when the washer is fixed.
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
