Hello Rudy,
Thank you for your question. Our sources suggest the main control board for your model under part PS12385565 would need to be replaced to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
Good day,
Our LG WT7600HKA has not been cleaning our clothes since we moved in. It rinses, drains, and spins without issue, and while it is in its cleaning cycle, I do hear a noise as if it's agitating, but I never see any clothes move (at all, even slightly - the water itself is nearly completely still), and the clothes never come out clean. I basically need to scrub everything first, put it in on a long cycle (like add 'soak' and 'extra rinse'). They still won't come out clean, but at least they smell fresh and the heat from the dryer (hopefully) sanitizes a bit. I'm torn between trying to fix this thing, and just buying something new (as there seem to be a ton of reviews mentioning frequent repairs of this model). Any advice on what to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Hi Brad, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the wash plate, part number PS12588963, to fix the issue. It turns back and forth at the bottom of the spin basket to circulate the wash load through the water. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Works great when we can get it to turn on. The touch start button doesn’t not detect our finger or current to turn on. We have to keep trying until it finally turns on. Is there a singular component to replace versus the whole electrical board?

Hello Tom, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the display power control board, part number PS12385565. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!
My washing machine drains while trying to fill and I consistently get an ‘IE’ error code. There are no issues with the water inlet, drain pump, or hoses; I’ve even replaced the water-level sensor and the problem persists. Am I just going to have to replace the control board?

Hello Evan, Thank you for your inquiry. The IE error code stands for 'Inlet Error' and simply means that the washer isn't receiving enough water to start the washing cycle. If you have already tested the water inlet valve with a multimeter and then checking the filter screens and fill hoses for any clogs and replaced the water level sensor, then the most likely cause is the control board. We have included a link to our article on fixing the IE error in a LG washer. Good luck with your repair.
1-Take water off manually. 2- Take machine to back yard. 3- lay machine 45 degrees. 4- Located water bump, (rear left side). 5-removed drain black hoses with hand. 6-removed 3 screws from bump frame. 7-Taker off all unit and marked down cable position at plug. 8- installed new pump. 9- Reverse all steps. Note: I did not use new cable supplied with the new bump, I did not want to mess around on mother board connections, I kept old wire harness which are only two cables blue and gray. It took me less than 30 minutes.
I diagnosed by running a full wash. I watched it and when the water should have stopped it kept running. I unplugged the washer from the power and the water kept running. This told me the inlet valve was the issue and not an electronic issue. I stopped the water by closing the water valve manually. Replacing the inlet valve was very easy. Hardest part is moving the washer out of the laundry room. The videos online show very simple steps. Maybe 8 screws to remove and a couple of hoses and five electronic connectors. Take a photo of connectors before removing them to ensure you reconnect properly.
